Membership

                                Membership shall be extended to all homeowners and

Lessees of single family housing in the area bounded

by the streets of  Weathervane, Shiloh, Ferguson and

Featherbrook.

                                    Nondiscrimination: Membership in the B.N.A. shall be

open to all persons without regard to race, color,

religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, veteran

status, or sexual orientation.

                                    Dues: Membership dues are to be determined by the

members of the B.N.A. and shall be assessed in 
            January of each year.

                                    Right of Members:

1.      All members shall possess full voting rights and

all other rights entitled to members in the B.N.A. 

Each member whose dues are paid shall be entitled

to one (1) vote per household on each matter

submitted to a vote of the membership.
